Shipment & Ownership Policy

Unless otherwise noted, gogocosmetics will use its best way to ship Products within 2 days of the receipt of a confirmed order. However, any delivery or shipments date provided by gogocosmetics to you just estimate. You understand that Product availability may be limited and particular Products may not be available for immediate delivery.

gogocosmetics shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Gogocosmetics do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

gogocosmetics will arrange shipping of the Product(s) you ordered to your address. We currently ship via FedEx, UPS however, in some circumstances your package may be sent via the US Post office.

Please allow an average of 3-7 business days for packages receive via FedEx/UPS within the USA. (will provide tracking number as well )

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to misdirected or lost packages. This type of situation is beyond our control and has to be resolved with the shipping company.

Shipping fees are not refundable for lost, misdirected, or late arriving packages.

The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt or invoice. gogocosmetics will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to products shortage , labor strikes, transportation failures. etc

International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or customs brokerage charges. The customer is responsible for these charges. If the customer does not pay duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other associated fees, gogocosmetics reserves the right to charge these fees to the Customer's Credit Card and/or collect though any and all means available.

All credit card transactions (payments) are final once completed. Buyer waives all rights to charge back credit card payments.
